Peer reviewed journal article presents accuracy and efficacy data for pump at 6 months. Article identifies accuracy to be 97.1%, and that patients reported decreases in pain and disability at 68.4% of visits to managing physician. Accuracy found to not be affected by flow rate or residual volume, and suggests that the system offers more reliable analgesia with fewer side-effects than current alternatives.
